The service dashboard is a panel that gives you information about the service that your account uses. It includes real-time and historical graphs and data about your application that help you with visibility into the performance and health of your applications.

You can find the service dashboard by clicking on the "Service" link, as shown in the screenshot below:

Once you click on the "Service" link, you will see the Service Dashboard, as in the screenshot below:
